Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Issuance of Statement of Account
- Remind clients of their monthly payment obligations.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
- Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures
- Maintains the accounts receivable records for a client and projects, such as preparing customer statements, bills, and invoices, reconciling accounts to the general ledger
- Perform and assist in the month-end close activities for Accounts Receivable
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Must have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skill
- Has knowledge in ERP
- With at least working experience in the related field
