Project Civil Engineer  

Job Description:

• Monitor progress accomplishment and evaluate status for coordination with the Project managers/owner.
• Acts in the capacity of the works Engineer and authorized Technical Representative of the owner to inspect and supervise the contractors compliance with the terms and condition of the contract.
• Evaluate and recommend change orders in the plans as necessitated in actual construction conditions.
• Preside over coordination meetings with contractors, trades representative, supplier and project owners/recipients in discussing progress, problems at site and other related matters.
• Approved shop drawings of contractors prior implementation
• Inspect and approve construction permits
• Evaluate billing request for the project
• Acts as a Safety Officer at all times
• Design and layout for various Civil Works
• Prepares SOW and BOQ per project

Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Civil Engineering
• CAD Detailer and Designer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocad
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
