Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Sales Order Processing - Handles sales order placements, process customer sales order, and deliveries
- Sales Return Processing - ensure all data are correct and posted on SAP
- Recordkeeping responsibilities include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Handle administrative duties for the sales team and prepare sales records and sales orders.
- Ensure al files are in order following 5s housekeeping.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Management, Marketing or any field.
- Required skill(s): SAP, MS Excel, MS Office.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good oral and written communication skills, keen to detail, and customer focus.
