Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Functional KRA's:
- Adherence to IMS
- Provide assistance to IMS documentation activities to ensure that necessary documented information are available where and whenever needed.
- Certificate of Provisional Acceptance (CPA) and Certificate of Final Acceptance (CFA) timeliness and records availability
- To ensure that all CPA and CFA control number and registration requests are being attended 1 day after receipt of email.
- Timely organizing of CPA and CFA records and ensure its availability whenever needed.
- Library Management
- To provide assistance in setting-up of centralized library for all documented information being used by the organization
- To ensure that all access on documented information is being recorded and monitored.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan (with free board and lodging)
