Warehouse Manager  

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for monitoring warehouse activities on a day to day basis, ensuring that warehouse operational requirement is being served correctly and on time. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring warehouse operations are on its optimal function and warehouse staff jobs are coached and appraised regularly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies and keeps up to date with warehousing, material handling, and shipping required by law; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• College graduate of Industrial Engineering or related courses
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Warehouse Management preferably in FMCG
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-oriented and has the drive to continuously improve processes and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
