Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform routine clerical duties such as maintaining letters, emails, and memos
- Acts as liaison among shipping lines, brokers, cold storages, and other departments
- Track and update customs related information (ATA, vessel berthing date, container discharge date, container delivery date, and container unloading date)
- Follow up timely payment of customs taxes and duties
- Review payment of clearance and other related fees
- Ensure targets are being met and report non-conformances
- In excess of target, notify supervisor, investigate, and resolve detention issues at the port
- Organizes and stores documents
- Input related data in the system
- Coordinate shipment delivery to the cold storage
- Ensure compliance with all Philippines government requirements
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time
- Willing to work in Antipolo City
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any course
- With at least one year of work experience
- Work experience in FMCG, supply chain, logistics, or customs brokerage a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organized with high attention to detail
