Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares 3D interior perspectives and presentations.
- Prepares furnitures and finishes schedule for client's approval.
- Coordinates with the Project Architect on project execution.
- Attends client approval - meetings if necessary.
- Adapt creative concepts of interior aesthetics based on client briefs and expectations.
- Conduct site inspections if necessary to verfiy the accuracy of the approved design finishes and furniture selections.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Licensed Interior Designer
- At least 3 years of related working experience as Interior Designer; with background in fit-out projects.
- Skilled in 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, Vray, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge on current design trends, materials and finishes, and furnitures.
- Design driven individual, values design collaboration, positive working attitude, and team player.
