Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Turn on and off the sound system
- Receive and log documents from other branches/delivery units.
- Receive and forward calls/pullouts from customers or employees.
- Release Gate-pass for Out/Tagum/Toril/Digos and Gensan
- Record and give SOA bills to their respective assignees for identification of numbers, collection and for a voucher. Forward it to accounting for payment.
- Provide information to callers.
- Page missing person.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Assist with other related clerical duties such photocopying, faxing, filing and the like.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or department
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
