Marketing Manager  

We are looking for Marketing Manager for DORÉ by LeTAO!!

Handling Marketing & Branding, include:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategy, promotion tools, and advertising plan
• Responsible to maintains and manages brand awareness
• Public relation to preparing content creation (include photo shoot, etc), analyze and manage the social media marketing, media relation, & sponsorship
• Preparing, coordinating, & handling Event
• Product development from design, copies, materials, and release
• Store Marketing include store decoration, promotion, and other

Administration & Management related to Marketing, include:

• Create, maintains, and updating workflow, structure, & SOP
• Maintain progress of achieving, improving the capability of team
• Coordinating, implementing, & monitoring the most effective methods in budget controlling to reduce cost and increase ROI
• Responsible to collect data, analysis, and give recommendation
• Manages, educate and motivate member; and request member additions

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in communication science, marketing communication, commerce, economics, mass communication or equivalent
• Proficient in English Verbal & Written
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in Marketing field in F&B, Retail or similar B2C industry
• Required skills (s): Marketing, Team Leader, Relationship, analysis, planning, strategic, decision making & good presentation skill Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager specialized in Food & Beverage or equivalent. Able to work with team, independent, proactive, have high skill interpersonal, and ready to work under pressure
• Willing to make commitment! (We are fun but serious with work!!)
• Willing to work in Pondok Indah area
