Accounting Associate for Depots  

Responsible and ensure that all trade receivables / account receivables of the Company have satisfactorily met the procedures, standards and policies set by the Company. Directly monitors all collections / account receivables and follow-through current and overdue debts.

Focus on managing Accounts Payables of the Company as well as overseeing Accounts Payable record keeping. He should ensure that all expenses are properly encoded. Maintains awareness, accuracy and completeness of data. Reviews and certifies all Accounts Payables, billing statements, prior to the preparation of check vouchers.

Education: A graduate of Accountancy with a background in Financial Management. With post-graduate course or diploma.

Experience:

• Must have at least 1-year exposure and hands-on experience as Accounting / Credit and Collection / Treasury / Clerk / Staff.
• Basic data entry skills Knowledgeable of MS Office applications, preferably in MS Excel.
• Knows NETSUITE system
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
