As a property salesperson or real estate agent, you will be working for a developer and using a mixture of negotiation, marketing, and sales skills as well as finding new clients and convincing them that your company is the right one for them, this specialist sales role also involves helping to advertise properties. Must be aggressive, dynamic and hard-working individuals to market our projects.
At DMCI Homes, your growth within the company is secured. Minimum of 6 new projects launches every year. Sell more than 50 existing projects of DMCI Homes. Sell more than 100,000 units...From ready for occupancy to pre-selling projects. From Quezon City to Laguna projects. From Baguio to Boracay. And even Davao. You are not limited to 1-2 projects to focus on not like other developers. At DMCI Homes, you can sell ALL as a registered Sales Person / Property Consultant.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS word
- Must have your own a laptop
- Sales experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Can start immediately
