Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- With advanced knowledge in sales techniques and the capability to teach these to his/her sales people.
- People-oriented, with solid background in handling sales teams and in developing top caliber sales people.
Compensation:
- Php 50,000.00 Maximum allowance/ Php 20,000.00 minimum allowance.
- 4% Commission of the contract price on PERSONAL SALE.
- 1% Override Commission for every unit sold of your Property Consultant/ Agent.
- Performance Bonus/ Travel Incentives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate, preferably with specialization in business-related courses.
- With at least 3 years solid experience in sales preferably in a real estate industry with consistent sales achievement in meeting quotas.
- Must have a laptop.
- With at least 5 Property Consultant/ agent ready to work immediately for his/her team.
- Preferably ready to start ASAP with his/her own sales team.
- Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
