- Coordinate with Building Administrators with regards to operation of all machinery and equipment and facilities in all buildings for lease.
- Conduct random checking of recorded operational data equipment and accessories done by maintenance men of each building for lease.
- Monitor repair, maintenance of equipment and facilities according to building operation requirements.
- Conduct routine check-up of equipment and facilities in all building for lease.
- Submit a monthly report on the status of equipment and facilities status of repairs, and effects of preventive maintenance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/ College degree in Civil Engineer/ Architecture.
- Experienced in Building Maintenance.
- Experienced in Project estimates.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Technical Supervisor position available for Makati Office.
