Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Ensure that design follows the organizational standards
- Work collaboratively with product managers and software engineers to create high-fidelity visual designs for mobile and web solutions
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of design experience; preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
- Experience in:
- agile & lean methodologies
- working with native iOS and Android mobile applications
- working with web, eCommerce or custom CMS platforms
- Working knowledge and experience in Sketch & Zeplin is desirable
- Experience in leading workshops, research, interviews, and inspections
- Experience in creating wireframes, mockups & prototypes.
- Experience in creating persona's, user journey's, empathy maps & persona's.
- Understanding of common software development practices
- Has the ability to take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
- Exceptional design skills production value and attention to detail
- Has positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented
- Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a team player receptive to new ideas, and can easily adapt to change
- Flexible and accommodating and has the ability to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
- Compelling portfolio of previous work featuring examples of UI design work
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City in an early morning shift
