The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to communicate with our customers and provide information about our products.
Sample tasks include:
- Outbound appointment setting through our online portal
- Updating of database through our online portal
- Answering customer inquiries
- Advising customers if there are any changes/ updates with regards to our products and services
- US based account (Pacific Standard Time) Monday - Friday
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for individuals who have excellent English communication skills- speaking and writing for a US based account.
- Must have experience in the BPO industry for at least 6 months
- Must have experience in Customer Service
- Background in sales and/or upselling is a plus
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and typing skills
