We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to take on various tasks such as:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team
- Develop a strategy to ensure the team will reach their goals for the prescribed period
- Generate reports and timelines
- Provide one-on-one coaching to team members
- Develop and enhance strengths of team members
Kualifikasi Minimum
All applicants must have excellent English communication skills- speaking and writing.
- Team Lead experience in BPO industry (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in Customer Service
- Good organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Willing to work Pacific Time Zone (PT)- Mondays - Fridays
