Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to communicate with our customers and provide information about our products.
This is a VOICE account- all applicants must be fluent in English.
Sample tasks include:
- Answering customer inquiries (Inbound x Outbound)
- Updating the database through our online portal
- Advising customers if there are any changes/ updates with regards to our products and services
- USA Account (Pacific Standard Time)
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Fixed Schedule.
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can work with minimal supervision. Applicants MUST have excellent English communication skills- speaking and writing.
- Must have experience in the BPO industry for at least 6 months
- Experience in handling International accounts - plus points!
- Must have experience in Customer Service
- Sales or Marketing background - plus points!
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
