SUMMARY
Provide business partnering for specific function and lead for Compensation and Benefits.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
On Business Partnering:
- Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, and assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations.
- Work closely with leaders to analyze and anticipate.
- Outline present and future organisational capabilities.
- Provide relevant tools and programmes to attract, develop, and retain talents.
- Implement HR practices on talent management, leadership development and talent acquisition to close gaps on organisation capabilities and sustain a sufficient talent pipeline to achieve business goals and further enhance long-term competitive advantage.
- Drive the people processes (performance, development and career) and serve as a facilitator and coach managers on performance management.
- Ensure the execution and delivery of HR operational activities in an effective and efficient manner.
- Contribute expertise to the Commercial Team on competency enhancement.
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives thus enhancing overall business performance.
On Compensation & Benefits:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a range of activities related compensation and benefits functions.
The following are expected upon agreement with the employee and direct manager:

Post Salary & bonus Review Process
- Generate and distribute the following:
- Salary review letters to employees.
- Bonus review letters to employees.
- Liaise with the insurers and service providers for smooth administration of benefits
C&B Administration
- Issue letters to employees.
- Provide required information for Expat Benefits, if any.
- Do administration of expat benefits.
- Report of R&R related sections in RO & DPWN HR Matrix.
- Perform employee wise monthly payroll data (Masters) to be sent to Area R&R.
- Do monthly head count reporting to Area R&R.
Kualifikasi Minimum
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 7-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Compensation & Benefits, Business Partnering
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
