DDI's Project Assessors are involved in our selection and succession management projects. In this part-time engagement, you will administer competency-based assessment exercises (e.g. simulations, behavioral interviews), analyze information from these activities, integrate data with co-assessors, agree on ratings, and write comprehensive reports.
Successful candidates will participate in DDI’s three-to-four-day Assessor Training. You will develop an appreciation of competency-based HR and will be able to evaluate behaviors in the workplace.
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for experienced professionals with the following background and attributes:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business.
- Preferably with familiarity on competency-based HR, such as behavioral interviewing, employee testing, and assessment centers.
- Experience in writing evaluation reports.
- Demonstrates executive presence.
- Strong work standards and analytical skils.
- Can work well with other people.
