Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Preventive Maintenance
- Defines, organizes, and procures facilities, manpower, parts, tooling, forms, checklists, etc. for PM.
- Translate the PM plan into an actionable schedule.
- Schedules PM’s in accordance with PM plan and strategy and resource availability.
- Publishes/Distributes the PM program to all appropriate areas.
- Updates the PM program to comply with variations in equipment utilization.
- Monitors maintenance and repair performance metrics for compliance with goals; devises and communicates plans to address shortfalls to Maintenance Managers.
Repair Plan
- Develops plans including resource and time estimates for the Maintenance and Repair routines.
- Accomplish requisition form for parts, materials and tools for program (scheduled) repair.
- Establish schedule of equipment repair program.
- Monitor, schedule and implement equipment programmed repair based on SMR and repair indicators.
- Coordinate with site shop, field and preventive maintenance section on equipment repair.
Parts Management
- Coordinate with warehouse regarding parts and component site inventory based on planning recommendations
- Monitor supplies and maintenance kits for all sites.
- Monitor parts for component program repair.
- Monitor arrival and availability in coordination with warehouse and logistics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Mechanical Engineering graduate; preferably licensed Engineer
- At least three (1) years in heavy equipment maintenance
- Knowledgeable in Heavy Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program
- Knowledgeable in Equipment and Personnel Allocation Plan
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; creative, forward thinker
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
