Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Attaches and reviews the corresponding purchase orders, goods received a note (GRN) and other supporting documents to incoming invoices (3-way matching).
- Resolves issues arising from the difference of purchase orders and GRN to invoices.
- Encoding of invoice transaction with correct general ledger codes to the financial system
- Posting of invoice transaction with correct general ledger codes to the financial system.
- Set-up and maintain vendor accounts as needed.
- Assists Accounting Supervisor as needed.
- Perform related function.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Should be a Certified Public Accountant
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience in Accounts Payables
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Willing to work in TUBA, BENGUET
