Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Central point of record for all related executive information (travel, schedule, preferences, expenses, etc)
- Liaison between the executive team and supporting departments to execute on all required administrative and operational needs
- Provide support, including coordination of transportation, accommodations, meeting preparation (preparing meeting materials) technical assistance
- Provide support and assistance to visitors and clients
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, resources and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong and effective problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills, particularly the abilities to continually anticipate emerging issues, and to plan for success.
- Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.
- Excellent and effective organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter and can deliver results with basic instructions provided
- Amenable to work in Pascor drive, Parañaque City
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
