Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contributes well thought out feedback and input to the strategic plan for Delbros Leasing based on his experience on the ground.
- Manages, coordinates, and leads process improvement initiatives related to the enhancement of systems and processes to deliver world class service to customers.
- Performs a regular monthly self-process audit in the different yards
- Oversees the field operations in the Visayas region in close coordination with the CanEx team.
- Oversees the unloading operations for the barges in close coordination with the CaneX team and Trucking Operations.
- In charge of repair, fabrication and modifications of machines and cages.
- Consults on field operations and on technicalities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any engineering or business-related course
- With at least 5 years relevant experience
- Good in negotiation and processing of permits
- With leadership skills
- Willing to travel or be relocated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
