Administrative Assistant  

He/She is responsible for the administrative and clerical services of the yard in order to support the effective and efficient flow of the yard operations. He/She is also responsible for the issuance and replenishment of the revolving fund.

• Issuing Funds from the Revolving Fund
• Replenishing the Revolving Fund
• Maintenance of Chassis Records and Preparation of Action Plan
• Security Monitoring of Branch Facility and Employee Safety
• Processing of Project Based Payroll
• Monitors if the yard personnel are consistently in compliance with the safety policy (wearing of PPEs, do’s and don’t’s, etc.).
• Assists the Credit and Collection Department in terms of determining if the yard can accommodate chassis units for return from a client.

• Graduate of any business related course.
• With at least two (2) years experience in Admin, accounting or clerical work.
• With above average written and communication skills.
• Comfortable and proficient with technology and google applications.
• Amenable to be working in a Industrial type of office
• Willing to be rotated.
• Organize, flexible and a team player.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
