Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Tracks past due balances
- Tracks and resolves discrepancies
- Monitors outstanding account balances for the deliberate planning of the next steps in the collection process
- Assists in the financial analysis, credit underwriting and approval process.
- In collaboration with the Customer Service or C&C Supervisor/C&C Director may act as an additional contact to the client.
- Must communicate on a timely basis and follow up effectively with Sales Department regarding customer accounts.
- Processing monthly credit memos and the appropriate reporting
- High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy
- With at least 1 year work experience with collection or any related work experience
- Knowledgeable in Google Docs
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to travel
- Attentive to details.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
