Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify existing and new customer base through multiple channels
- Acquiring new customers to use our products
- Convert acquired customer to active users through email, chats, meetings and events
- Identify and solve problems regarding acquisition and gather feedback for future development
- Maintain relations with active user. Be the first person to notice problems
- Identify the behaviour of various customer segment and develop different strategies accordingly
- Generate GMV from SOMA through usage and marketplace item checkout
- Identify and solve problem and gather feedback for future development
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Architect/Interior Design from top-notch universities
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Previous experience working with commercial related projects
- Ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Exceptional quantitative skill (analytical & critical thinking)
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for company core values at all time
