Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sales
- Excellent customer service to sell product and service
- Promote and offer the marketing promo
- Handling customer complaints
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenue
Operations
- Operating and managing store and staffs
- Stock inventory counting in monthly bases
- Delivery process from receiving – counting – stockback – display
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store
- Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role wtih minimum 2 years experience
- Looking for Jabodetabek Area
- Willing to work on weekends and shifting hours
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, in Interior Design/ Architecture is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Good physical endurance
- Excellent customer service skills.
