Accounting Journal & Control for:
- Cash Advance Process for Request and Settlement
- Prepare Reconciliation and Aging Report of Cash Advance Process
- Email Warning to Employees who have Cash Advance outstanding of more than 14days.
- Account Payable Invoices Journal Entry and Control Activities
- Inform PM (Project Managers) regarding of receiving project vendor invoice
- Expenses records to proper COA
- COGS Records to proper COA
- Asset Depreciation
- Deposits to Vendors
- Prepare AP Aging
- Accruals expenses for closing procedure (recurring vendor)
- Manual Merchant/Dekoruma Fulfillment Transaction
- Prepayments and other asset technical working papers including amortization
- Petty Cash Monthly Count
- Manual Journal Documentation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor in Economic - Accounting
- Minimum 1 year in the same position
- Able to work overtime and under pressure
- Self Motivated and initiative
