Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To create experiential product on Dekoruma's platform and any of our business units including brand/product campaign, before-and-after purchase that elevate user experiences.
- Execute brand strategy requirements based on in-depth market & industry insight;
- Analyze market trends to generate new ideas to grow the market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion;
- Work closely with the business, product, tech, marketing, operations team and other stakeholders to run the new features and enhancements;
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics is a plus.
- Comfortable working with numbers & tight deadlines
- Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done.
- Understand online and offline customer behaviours of different markets and cultures
- Delivering results that achieve company’s goal in timely manner.
- Exercise design thinking in every project and can challenge concepts when necessary.
