SALES REPORTS

• Manages and files Sales Reports following Cashier Manual in Cash Management to include: Sales remittances, Vouchers, Session Summary, Validated deposit slips, Flash Reports, Credit Card Settlements, Send Bill, Non-Sales, Senior Citizens transactions sent to Accountant end of the month, Update Non-Sales Report, Monitors and reports City Delivery payables

CASH MANAGEMENT

• Ensures readiness of Change Fund (in loose bills/change) on a per shift basis
• Ensures availability of Petty Casg Fund - at least there is a minimum of 3 days worth of employee meals
• Ensures correct cash and check payments for store gets deposited thru scheduled bank pick-up or daily over the counter deposit if no ban pick up

GOVERNMENT PAYABLES

• Provides accurate VAT input for all liquidation reports to IS for BIR computation

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Monitors and requisitons office supplies
• Writes 86 Items report - or Not Available Stocks

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS

• Monitors and records in-store employee attendance and punctuality
• Monitors and updates employee 201 files both in store and head office (permits and memos)
• Reports in-store employees' attendance and punctuality records to HO HR for salary computation
• Prepare employee memos
• Files all restaurant and HR memos
• Files necessary store permits
• Ensures all logbooks are maintained (Sales Logbook, Repairs and Maintenance, Medicine Kit, Management Endorsement, Transmittal Logbook, Senior Citizen Columnar, etc)

• Graduate of any Business Related Course (Management, Marketing, Finance
• Preferably with working experince in cashiering
• Knowledgeable in POS System and Credit Card Transaction
• With strong interpersonal relationship
