• You will work in our first store to be opened first semester 2017 in Alabang. Some other stores around Metro Manila will open soon.

Our products are displayed in our outstanding big store where customers will experience the happiness to discover and practice sports! We will make no concession on the quality and safety of our product to guarantee our motto “satisfied or satisfied”.

Your Challenge

• Decathlon gives you the chance to experience adrenaline every day at work, to be able to score, to succeed together with all the store team. Do you want to halve the price of dive masks to double the sales? Redesign the golf department to make it more fun for the customers? Advise a customer against choosing the most expensive badminton racket or challenge your customer to a little competition? Build some communication action to develop your internet sales?
• This sounds exciting? Then, join us! You will belong to the pioneer team and we will build together our dream, to make accessible sport for the many. As a key member of the first decathlon team, your role will be to delight every users/customer in the store.
• Thanks to your knowledge of the sports market, you are responsible for the commercial activity of your department within the store (your own mini-enterprise) and to develop your sales online.
• In short, it's up to you to make the daily decisions!
• Your sense of service is noticeable in your interaction with customers. You also guarantee their satisfaction thanks to good management of your stock, the quality of your department and customized product ranges.
