JOBSHEET CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
As a member of DECATHLON developmentteam, I am responsible of delivering quality construction of the store, following the deadline and making sure to follow the concept within the budget.
- Feasibility Study
- I analyze the constraints of the proposed sites and make sure that it is suitable to open a Decathlon store
- I administer the all legal permits
- I ensure that the external project management team implements the construction in accordance with the country and Decathlon standard.
- I guarantee a safe construction site following a rigorous health and safety program.
- I make sure that partners are complying with all the local and international codes.
- I comply with the Decathlon hand-over procedure.
- I hand-over the store to the maintenance manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Any Engineering degree.
- At least 3 years work experience
- Worked abroad
- Practice sports on a regular basis / Sportive. (dance, yoga, gym enthusiast, etc. are included)
- Fluent in English.
