Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Web Designer, the employee is expected to create the look, layout, and features of a website, to test and improve the design of the website, to establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices, to maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards, to design visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients, to communice design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes, to prepare design plans and to present the website structure, and to optimise sites for maximum speed and scalability.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven work experience as a web designer
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
