Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Associate who can assist our Japanese clients for our equity trading division. The candidate must be willing to undergo basic training in the trading of equities. He/she will be coordinating with our Japanese clients and will also be assisting in our day-to-day operations.
- Handling phone inquiries in Japanese
- Replying to email inquiries in Japanese
- Translation of technical terms (equities and stock ordering systems related)
- Will be hands-on with our proprietary stock ordering system
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred)
- Fluent in Japanese (business level, both written and oral)
- Ability to translate business/financial terms
- This position is open to both Filipino and Japanese citizens
