Micro Business Manager  

What’s the day of our Micro Business Coordinator looks like:

• Collect business and market insights from consumers and micro-merchant partners
• Perform planning, mapping, acquisition, and operation of micro-merchants
• Conduct regular visits and analysis of merchant’s experiences
• Create, manage, and maintain the standard operating procedure
• Develop an effective process for the provision of KYB (Know Your Business)
• Work with the internal and external auditor and regulatory examiners by providing requested documents, information, and evidence
• Be proficient in interpreting legal and risk assessment and providing detailed reports to management
• Coordinate with vendors to collect and organize KYB information for new and existing accounts, and review supporting documentation to ensure accuracy
• Conduct due diligence reviews on individual and small business accounts and update its profile in accordance with requirements.
• Take day to day decision of daily operations and functions related to KYB data, metrics, and analytics.

The requirements we are looking for, someone with;

• Deep understanding of and passion for micro-merchant and retail are required
• Experiences in KYC, AML, or other appropriate verification function
• Experiences working in policy reviews and translation of policy into the procedure
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to execute training, policies with minimum supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business administration or any related field
• Excellent written, grammar, and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in the banking / financial industry is a plus point
• Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timelines, and the ability to work under pressure
