- 2-3 years working in a data/strategy focused role, ideally within technology and/or start up the company
- Ability to see the big picture, generate or adopt new ideas; develops medium and long term strategies that account for internal and external factors
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker
- The candidate needs to be well organized and self-directing
- Ability to map joint organizational vision and long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation
- Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve a win-win result
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to understand the business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis translating between operational and business metric
- Provide actionable business insights and recommendations
- Establish tactical and strategic plans to meet the business objectives and driving operational performance metrics
