Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Determine opportunities for custom merchandising/point-of-sale solutions for key customers.
  • Work with the in-house design team to develop the branded point of sale materials for execution in-store.
  • Compile and submit monthly reports detailing activities, opportunities, wins/losses, insights, and analysis.
  • Effectively manage trade activation budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive sales with category-specific trade programming and brand education
  • Budget management, sampling spends / consumer conversion
  • Regularly communicate territory activities and share content (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.) to the marketing team for use in social media and other marketing materials/channels.
  • Aggressively build, establish and maintain a customer base for the assigned territory.
  • Increase Brand visibility through online and offline channels
  • Participate in promoting a customer-focused, cooperative, team-oriented culture in alignment with the company’s core values.
