Deskripsi Pekerjaan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hired candidates will handle Job Site Inspection of high building construction
- Assist in bidding evaluation and negotiation, cost studies, etc.
- Prepares cost estimates and evaluates proposals from consultants, suppliers and contractors
- Will manage and supervise contractors, from construction stage to building turn-over
- Ensures project completion within allowed time table; sees to it that plans & specifications are met.
Kualifikasi Minimum
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Registered Professional Engineer/Licensed Civil Engineer
- Graduate of Civil Engineering course from a reputable university or college with good scholastic records
- Proficiency in Autocadd and other computer aided software
- With strong team skills and can work independently
- Solid verbal and written communication skills and decision making capabilities
- Extensive exposure in high-rise building construction (residential / commercial projects) is an advantage, preferably in Real Estate/Construction industry
