Front Desk Reception  

1. Responding to clients/customers by understanding their inquiries and documenting actions.
2. Verifying client’s /customers information.
3. Collect the required documents to ensure that data entry is accurate.
4. Report and deliver the appropriate forms for the data processing center for processing and clarification.
5. Handle online correspondences such as emails and calls.

Counter Service Specialist

1. Identify and verify immigration status of all Non-Chinese and Chinese nationals.
2. Provide assistance with visa application thru email and phone calls including the final checking of application prior to submission.
3. Provide administrative work in visa office center.
4. Assess the applications for migration / temporary entry to China in accordance with the Chinese Immigration Law and Policy.
5. Other duties and any all reasonable directions as outlined by the Officer-in-charge.
6. Maintain accurate and complete details of client records across all relevant database.

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management or any related flieds
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in managing time effectively and multitasking efficiently.
• Positive, helpful approach towards all customers.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and a fast learner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
