Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Listens to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Responds to incoming email and phone inquiries;
- Acting as a contact between the company and it's existing and potential markets;
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathers market and customer information;
- Represents the company at trade exhibitions and events;
- Negotiates with clients on price, costs, delivery and specifications;
- Challenges an objection with a view to persuading the customer to purchase;
- Advises clients about new product developments and special promotions;
- Assists in the creation of detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
- Record sales and order information;
- Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gains a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- Makes accurate, cost calculations and provides customers with quotations;
- Attends team meeting and shares best practice with colleagues;
- Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education - minimum educational requirement and/or specific course requirement for the position
- A graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university
- Training and Experience
- With relevant experience sales
- Familiar in preparing business correspondences and sales report
- Excellent client or industry network
- Familiar with office management
- Adept with computer applications
- Can do product presentations

- Able to multi-task

- Can communicate well in English
