Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supports sales productivity by securing the ‘technical close’ in complex solutions ;
- Collaborates with sales, customer service, operations, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs;
- Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support;
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements;
- Shares technical knowhow to sales executives in order to enhance their product knowledge, and technical sales skills;
- Performs analysis of business challenges, processes, standard operating procedures, workflows, and other documents;
- Work with CAD systems creating, modifying and releasing drawings and word drawings for use by other departments and customers or business partners;
- Ensure that drawings convey the correct information ;
- Responsible for completeness, accuracy, compliance to standards, fits, and stack-ups;
- Responsible for some design elements;
- Work from drawings, sketches or scanned images, customer drawings or government drawings or specifications;
- Use accepted drawing standards as guidelines;
- Does ocular inspections on possible projects;
- Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education- minimum educational requirement and/or specific course requirement for the position
- preferably graduate of any related Engineering courses
- Training and experience - training and seminars, short courses required to perform the job
- relevant experience in the same post for at least 2-years
- knowledgeable in office management systems
- adept with computer applications
- familiar with CAD system
