Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in providing all the necessary requirements needed by the Account Executive
- Maintain records of all quotations requested by the Sales Department
- Maintain Showroom price-list
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Processing of Clients Purchase Order/s
- Records the progress of all inquiries and request and prepare summaries for monthly report
- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all paperworks
- Prepares and submits required monthly, weekly and daily reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and relevant software programs
- Systematic, organize and has a keen eye for details
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have above average communication skills, both oral and written
- With pleasing personality
- Preferably Female
- Experience a gained from Sales and Marketing Company is a DEFINITE ADVANTAGE
