- Check the completeness and correctness of the documentation for all customer order requests.
- Create and submit the Material Requisitions (due to customer order) to Purchasers/Purchasing Head Coordinator.
- Ensure that customer order related activities are being executed based on the set/given timeline.
- Conduct follow through to Product Officer-HQ of the pending supplier’s delivery.
- Update Sales and Operations personnel for any status on the customer order requests.
- Ensure the closure of customer order request and necessary documents are posted accordingly.
- Conduct pep talks to Merchandiser relative to price revision, change the description, promos, and new items.
- Ensure that the stocking levels for all outright items are within the set Minimum and Maximum level.
- Monitor, review and validate the Material Request (MR) due to stock replenishment sent by Operation personnel.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has knowledge in Organization Skills and Inventory Management Skills
- Good decision-making skills and keen to details
- Computer literate that can operate MS Office Applications
- Has above average verbal and written communication skills
- Coordination and Interpersonal Relationship Skills
