- To supervise the Events and Project Tie-up Unit of the Department and to spearhead the planning and organization of Company-sponsored events/ activities from pre-event, event proper to post event.
- Assists the department head in establishing new contracts/ maintaining good working relationship with relevant trade associations and strategic partners in line with the preparation of possible Company-sponsored events/ activities.
- Creates promotional activities and campaigns to generate quality leads/ contracts from the building and construction industry.
- Works closely with internal departments to develop or help increase Company’s profitability thru organizing trade events/ activities, scheduling of product presentations and one on one meetings with prospective key buyers.
- Communicates with the rest of the commercial sales team about new product innovations in which they can use as part of their sales pitch
- Regularly updates Sales Presentation, as and when needed.
- Conducts market research and competitor analysis, as and when needed.
- Supervise the creation of Events Checkllist, Budget, Staff Allocation or Deployment Plan and Raffle Items (as and when needed).
- Conducts Pre-event Meeting with the Commercial Sales Manager with regards to event organized.
- Prepares Post Event Analysis Report (PEAR) each and after event and provides proper recommendation for the betterment of the concerned personnel/ department.
- Attends key conferences and exhibition to manage/man the company’s booth, do customer interviews and focus group discussion to improve customer service strategies.
- Ensures Consolidated Database is updated and is encoded properly.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations or other business related course
- With at least 2 years relevant work experience in the field of Sales and Marketing or Events Management and Promotional Activities.
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Has good command for English and Filipino languages
- Has a pleasing personality and can intelligently converse with professionals of various ranks
- Must be highly creative and adaptable to change
- Can work independently and within a team environment
- Has good PR and negotiation skills
- Has a pleasing personality and can communicate with people of various levels
- Must possess a keen eye for details
- Has strong organization and time management skills
- Has strong tolerance for stress and accepts criticisms objectively
- Can work long hours and willing to do field work if duty calls
- Knowledgeable in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
