Branch Manager | Paseo de Sta Rosa  

The branch manager supervises club operations, trains and motivates her team of circuit coaches and directly coordinates with club owner to ensure club goals are being met and the team is headed to continued and sustainable club growth.

As a Curves club manager, your duties will include:

• Direct all operational aspects of club management
• Provide training, coaching, development and motivation for circuit coaches
• Work with Club Owner and Club Mentor developing forecasts, club goals and business plans
• Foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation, ensuring Curves Clean and Operational standards are strictly followed.

As a Curves Circuit Coach, your duties will include:

• Training and motivating ladies in the use of the 30-minute Curves circuit
• Completing monthly fitness assessments and setting goals for members to achieve
• Assist, instruct, and motivate members of the Curves Weight Management program
• Participating in new member campaigns, marketing, guest production and sales
• Provide excellent service to our members
• Various club administration activities

• Must be confident, supportive, friendly and well-organized in instructing and motivating women.
• Have a positive and passionate attitude towards exercise and healthy diet for everyone, and enjoy motivating members to achieve exciting goals.
• Be confident in achieving sales & other targets, be inspired to recruit new Club members.
• Show initiative and personality in your approach to both current members and potential members
• Experience or study in the fitness and health industry is not compulsary but will be very beneficial.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Sports Science & Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Nursing, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Experience managing a branch or store outlet
• Required skill(s): proficient in computer applications.
• Proficient in English

Curves is an all women fitness club featuring a complete 30 minute workout. All our coaches are female servicing an all women clientele.
