Curves is an all women fitness club featuring a complete 30 minute workout. All our coaches are female servicing an all women clientele.

The Branch Manager supervises club operations and trains and motivates her team of Circuit Coaches. He/she also irectly coordinates with the Club Owner to ensure club goals are being met and the team is headed to continued and sustainable club growth.

As a Curves Club Manager, your duties are as follows:

• Direct all operational aspects of club management.
• Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation for Circuit Coaches.
• Work with the Club Owner and Club Mentor developing forecasts, club goals, and business plans.
• Foster a positive environment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
  • Ensure Curves' Clean and Operational standards are strictly followed.

As a Curves Circuit Coach, your duties are as follows:

• Train and motivate ladies in the use of the 30-minute Curves circuit.
• Complete monthly fitness assessments and set goals for members to achieve.
• Assist, instruct, and motivate members of the Curves Weight Management program.
• Participate in new member campaigns, marketing, guest production, and sales.
• Provide excellent service to our members.
• Various club administration activities.

• At least a Vocational diploma, Short Course certificate, Bachelor's/College degree in any of the following:
  • Food Technology
  • Nutrition
  • Dietetics
  • Sports Science and Management
  • Business Studies
  • Business Administration
  • Business Management
  • Nursing
  • Physical Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Any equivalent course
• Experienced or studied in the fitness and health industry is not compulsary but will be very beneficial.
• Has experienced managing a branch or store outlet.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Proficient in English.
• Confident, supportive, friendly, and well-organized in instructing and motivating women.
• Has a positive and passionate attitude towards exercise and healthy diet for everyone.
  • Enjoys motivating members to achieve exciting goals.
• Confident in achieving sales and other targets, and is nspired to recruit new Club members.
• Shows initiative and personality in his/her approach to both current members and potential members.
