We're hiring Financial Collections Representatives for an in-house American multinational banking and financial services company located in McKinley Hill, Taguig!
A Financial Collections Representative spends 100% of their time on phone assisting and evaluating customers’ financial situations and negotiates terms or repayment options to bring their account current. They spend nearly 80% of time doing outbound campaigns and 20% spent for inbound calls, where they answer questions from customers but still attempt to make a collection.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Completed at least 2nd year in College.
- One (1) year BPO collections background in a banking/financial account.
- Preferably with collections recovery experience.
- Demonstrate ability to utilize negotiation skills, overcome objections, exude confidence in handling disputes, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule at McKinley Hill, Taguig.
