- Show expert knowledge of project management practices and concepts.
- Use concepts to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways.
- Show in-depth understanding of business and systems across lines of businesses as related to projects managed.
- Anticipate emerging issues and develop strategies to meet business needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 10 years of hands-on project management experience.
- With exposure on both SDLC, INFRA or AGILE
- PMP Certification a big plus but not required.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead large project teams.
