Customer Care Representative (up to 25K-28K package|Fixed Weekends Off)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers.
• Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty through the delivery of accurate and timely information.
• Be responsible for navigating computer systems to track calls, gathering information, and effectively resolving the issues or queries which caused the customer to contact the CCC.

Individual CCRs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive phone calls regarding inquiries from customers or Advisors.
• Get on three (3) concurrent chat sessions with customers.
• Provide superior customer service by being proactive in meeting customers' needs.
• Engage in service to sales.

Group Benefits CCRs

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the BPO industry.
• Conversant in English.

Individual CCRs

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum call centre experience of 2 years (Inbound Campaign).
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.
• Good mathematical ability.
• Sales experience (Upselling / Cross-selling).
• Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up skill.
