Concession Manager  

The Concession Manager is responsible for the attainment of sales target of assigned concession accounts through effective management of manpower, operations inventory, and merchandise. He/she will have to perform other functions related to brand management. He/she will also be responsible in supporting the sales team in planning, executing and monitoring advertising programs of company’s customer base.

Achievements of sales target

• Increase sales and perform other duties assigned by management.
• Monitor the weekly sales achievement of assigned stores.
• Analyze reports, assess feedback, and understand sales trend.
• Recommend solution to problems affecting the achievement sale.

Manpower management

• Oversee the performance of sales personnel deployed to assigned concession store.
• Ensure that stores have enough and effective sales personnel to sell, promote, and safeguard the stocks.
• Ensure that the sales personnel have been trained and updated on the product and concession procedures.
• Monitor campaigns and check recommendation on items for selling.

Inventory and merchandise management

• Analyze product performance and establish right merchandise mix per store.
• Ensure right, sufficient, and on-time ordering of stocks to assigned concession stores.
• Monitor replenishment, issuance, and damage items for repair or pull out.
• Check inventory and discrepancies of items.

Operations management

• Conduct weekly office activities with sales personnel.
• Do alternate day store visit to assigned store.
• Check on competitor’s activities, promotions, locations, and other advantages.
• Work with sales team and marketing department to assist in the creation of client proposals and presentation.
  • Recommend items for selling.
• Maintain good business relationship with partner retailers.
• Prepare and submit various reports for weekly concession meeting and other reports as required by the department head and or management.
• Interact with accounting department with regard to client credit and billing.

• An expert in customer service.
• Preferably with product knowledge.
• Knows selling techniques and brand awareness.
